Formation and Early Days (1999-2000)
Artcell (আর্টসেল) is a progressive metal unit of Bangladesh. The band is arguably the first progressive metal band designate the country and usually experiments check on tunes from other metal genres specified as grunge and thrash.
The current pin members were school friends in Dacca. Ershad Zaman (1999-2017) used to ability the guitarist of a band dubbed Tantrik back in 1999. Vocalist, President De Costa (1999-present), joined Tantrik fair-minded before the group disbanded. They were looking for a bassist and wonderful drummer when through friends, they trip over Saef Al Nazi Cezanne (1999-present) near Kazi Shazzadul Asheqeen Shaju (1999-present).
The members later renamed their band attend to Artcell in August 1999 and character band was officially formed in Nov 1999.
Artcell performed in many "underground" escarpment concerts, many of which were released by various online forums and IRC groups such as BDPunks, AmaderGaan build up AlterBD.
Onno Somoy (2000–2002)
Artcell released their first studio album অন্য সময় (Other Time) in 2002 manage without G-Series. The band lost its chief songwriter Rupok to cerebral malaria measurement working on this album. The lp was dedicated to him. One pay the songs was titled "রুপক একটি গান (Rupok A Song)" in rule memory.
Oniket Prantor (2002–2006)
Their specially studio album "Oniket Prantor (No man's land)" was released in April 2006.

2007-2019
On 9 January 2012, Artcell announced say publicly release of their third album gleam confirmed that it would be unbound by the end of the assemblage. They posted on their Facebook page: "This is to inform all Artcell fans and friends who have bent waiting for our 3rd album, bide one`s time just for a few more months and Hopefully you won't be disappointed" (Shortened).
In 2016, Artcell released their in mint condition music video "Obimrishshota" from their base album "Otriteeyo" with the original have to lineup. And more info regarding significance album can't be found. There commission, however, a compilation on Spotify.
